Description

Work a sedentary office job? You know that'll take years off your life, right? Research suggests that regularly taking breaks from your desk can help offset the negative health risks associated with prolonged sitting. BreakApp reminds you to take breaks from sitting at regular intervals.

Set up the amount of time you want for a "work" session and "break" session, then BreakApp will notify you when it's time to stretch your legs. You can also enable a setting to turn off your iPhone's sleep timer to use BreakApp as a minimalist clock.

Taking breaks at regular intervals can help your productivity as well. You can use the app as a "pomodoro" timer to help manage your work time. The choice is yours! You can set "work" intervals from 30 - 180 minutes, and break intervals from 1 - 15 minutes.
