Description

OnTrac Cal is a visually stunning app to help you keep focus on what muscle group you should be working out in your training sessions.

The traditional belief is that you should focus on one muscle group per workout and only do that muscle group once per week. If you're like me (Gemini - Air Sign), it's sometimes hard to remember what you did 4 days ago. Don't Worry, OnTrac Cal is here to help.

OnTrac Cal is unimpressive in photos. It's the visual animations and it's shear simplicity that make it a pleasure to use.
