Deze app is aantrekkelijk en educatief. Het honderdbord wordt op montessorischolen gebruikt om kinderen te laten oefenen met het tellen van 1 tot 100. Het bord en de getalblokjes in de app zijn exacte kopieën van het concrete schoolmateriaal.

De app bevat drie oefeningen:

1. De standaardvolgorde van 1 tot 100 (met en zonder voorbeeld).
2. Alleen de even getallen.
3. Alleen de oneven getallen.

Tussen de witte getalblokjes aan de rechterkant van het scherm zoeken kinderen het getal dat aan de beurt is. Als ze op het goede blokje tikken, verplaatst dat zich automatisch naar de goede plek op het getalbord. Als ze het geluid aan hebben staan horen ze hoe het getal wordt uitgesproken. Onderaan het scherm kunnen ouders en leerkrachten zien hoe vaak kinderen goed of fout getikt hebben.
Het duurt verrassend lang voor het hele honderdbord af is!

Het honderdbord wordt al decennialang gebruikt op montessorischolen en is populair bij kinderen. Deze app is gemaakt in nauw overleg met een AMI-gediplomeerd montessorileidster met ruim 40 jaar onderwijservaring. De app kan op school gebruikt worden, of thuis als aanvulling op wat kinderen op school leren; of als een vervolg op andere montessori-apps in de App Store. Kinderen zullen veel plezier beleven aan deze uitdagende app.

This app is a fun and educational exercise found in the Montessori classroom to help children with their counting from 1 to 100. The board and the number squares are exact replicas of these classic classroom materials!

Three lessons are included:

1. Standard sequencing from 1 to 100.
2. Even numbers only.
3. Odd numbers only.

The child has to search for the next appropriate number in the scrambled numbers on the right side. When they choose the correct one the number will automatically move into position on the board. You'll be pleasantly surprised at how long it takes to finish! At the bottom a score is presented for parents to observe how their child is progressing.

This activity is a time-tested, teaching tool used in the Montessori classroom that children enjoy doing. The app itself was co-developed and approved by an AMI certified Montessori teacher with over forty years experience. Use this app as a complement to your child's classroom education and as a follow-up to the other Montessori applications in the app store teaching introductory math!
