A modern, vibrant, cosmopolitan city plunged into a depth of darkness as an elite, criminal cartel has overrun its streets and claimed them as their own!

You have been summouned by J.P. Costello, the Mayor of Ridge City, to reclaim the streets. It isn't going to be easy. It isn't going to pretty. Retribution never is when criminal gangs are involved - you have been warned that it will be hostile and brutal.
Mayor Costello wants to return Ridge City to its former glory and has called on you as the only person who can help him. If you will survive, he has promised you the role as his deputy to ensure that the city is never taken again!

Your mission is simple: Find and arm yourself with weapons, execute the gang members but most importantly, stay alive!
