The Psychosomatic Consultation pocketcard app is based on a comprehensive check list of items which should be addressed during a psychosomatic consultation. The items are arranged in an order that follows the patient evaluation process and to make the list easily accessible, most items were abbreviated. The pocketcard Set was developed over time by Leslie McDaniel, MD who decided to publish it after receiving numerous positive
feedbacks from colleagues.
