On behalf of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine, it is a pleasure to announce that the 22nd Annual Scientific Meeting of the Australasian Faculty of Rehabilitation Medicine (AFRM 2014) will be taking place at the Hilton, Adelaide Hotel on 9 - 13 September 2014.

This year's theme is 'Rehabilitation: Off the Grid', which has given the organising committee the opportunity to develop a dynamic program that explores various aspects of rehabilitation medicine that are considered 'off the grid' including the growing area of cancer rehabilitation, frailty, telerehabilitation and team based trauma rehabilitation delivered in community, rural and remote settings.
