The regular way to send a nicely treated square pic as SMS/iMessage (or email) to someone you have sent a picture to before:

Open camera.
Move to square camera.
Take picture
Tap on picture icon lower left.
Tap share and wait.
Tap on SMS icon.
Type in recipient's name.
Tap send.

Arro:

Open Arro.
Take picture.
Tap on your friends name.
Tap send.

Arror remembers your previous recipients and shows them in a list and only shares via iMessage so you also don't spend time tapping away to choose how to send. You can choose a great film effect as well.
