Before you start a treatment, wash all the dirt from the injuries. Pop blisters with a needle, spray the abrasions, remove calluses and peel away the dead skin with a foot-file.

When you finish with the foot you will need to remove all germs in a mini game. Use tweezers to pull out the thorns and put some ice on the big purple swelling. Your patient got a few wounds while playing with other children in the playground. Disinfect the wounds with a cotton ball to save the foot from infection. Choose from a variety of colorful plasters to calm your patients. There's also a lot of fractures in the foot bones, use x-ray to see them and then tap with your fingers to heal the broken bones. For the final touch, choose a bandage in a funky color.

When you successfully end the therapy tickle your little patient to make him smile. Now that he’s happy and healthy you can start healing another.
