Circle 21 is a challenging puzzle game where the object is to arrange the numbers so that the sum of each circle is 21. Circle 21 provides practice with the addition of whole numbers. Numbers range from 1 to 14. Puzzles are randomly generated and so the game can be played over and over again providing hours of fun.
