Description

TurboTime is an iPhone app that will guide you through a turbo-training session on your static bike.

The app allows creation and maintenance of any number of turbo-training sessions, and it also comes ready loaded with a selection of sessions that may be used straight away.

When you are ready to do some turbo training, choose the session you plan to do, get ready and then start the timer. The first interval will start counting down so you can check the workload and keep an eye on how much time there is left. TurboTime will warn when an interval is about to finish so you can be ready to shift gears or resistance for the next interval.

The session is over when all intervals have been completed.

Sessions can be moved between the main screen and a library screen - this is a great way to organise your sessions so you only see the ones that are relevant for your immediate training goals. Move them between the main screen and the library with just a couple of taps.
