Happy Ladder Reward Chart helps keep track of a child’s behavior using time as the basis for the child’s reward. Good behavior, homework completed, chores done and any other activity is rewarded by additional time to use as they like. Screen time, play time or even a later bed time. You choose what will have the greatest impact and the child has more time to do what s/he likes. The ladder is a great visual aid to show children across any age group how much reward they have and unlike other reward charts the reward or punishment is immediately seen. A wonderfully simple visual aid which can be tailored to suit each child individually and is flexible enough to gain the most from any reward system.
