Start all six stopwatches or all six timers at once or start and pause each one separately. Reset each one as needed or reset all together. Give each one a name to make it easier to see what's going on.

Now with added timers! Set up to six countdown timers then start and stop them as required. Give each one a name if you like - everything works the same as for the stopwatches you've already been using.
