Artist Statment:

I create from pure emotion. Each piece is
an expression of an experience, event or situation. Times of turmoil are often fraught with contradicting emotions - sadness, hope, frustration, love, loss, fear. It is this incongruity I aim to express through my painting.

I gravitate to figures and faces, as it is through our body language & expressions that we convey our emotions to those around us when our words fail.
