Description

The school was opened in March 1974. It is situated at the end of a small cul-de-sac with grounds adjoining Herts Regional College. It is easily accessible from the A10 and M25, and lies within a residential area. We have about 200 children on roll including around 26 children who attend our Nursery. The school works closely in teams; foundation stage, (3-5 years of age) keystage 1, (5-7 years of age) lower keystage 2 (7-9 years of age) and upper keystage 2 (9- 11 years of age). We have extensive grounds incorporating 3 playgrounds and a large playing field. Parts of the grounds also have small gardens as well as more formal garden areas. There is a conservation area which includes a meadow, a natural pond and a nature trail which extends around the perimeter of the school.
