It also includes links to memory technique video, serene background music, and a link to www.HypnosisByVideoChat.com where the student can receive online hypnosis sessions over the internet to reinforce the memory techniques presented in the hypnotic program, or other problems that may be holding the student back.

The student will listen to the 30 minute hypnotic audio track which will increase their motivation to study. Watch the video instructions on the memory palace and remembering numbers. Use these techniques when studying while listening to a sounds of waves, a thunderstorm, or the rain forest played from links within the app.

If the student desires it, they can request a face to face online hypnosis session to reinforce the memory techniques, or address other problems holding the back from living their best life.
