The NeuroCognitive Performance Test is based on common cognitive assessments. Designed for current Lumosity members, this app allows you to take assessments to contribute to pioneering research on human cognition.

This app is experimental and undergoing scientific research. The NeuroCognitive Performance Test is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.

The NeuroCognitive Performance Test is part of a broad effort at Lumos Labs to research and develop cognitive assessments and advance the pace of cognitive neuroscience through technological innovation.

We’re a team of scientists and designers exploring new ways to challenge the brain and push cognitive research forward.

Our scientists take common cognitive and neuropsychological tasks, or design entirely new, experimental challenges. Working with experienced designers, they transform these tasks into fun games that challenge core cognitive skills.

Lumosity is being studied by 60+ university researchers worldwide. We give qualified researchers free access to Lumosity training and tools — helping them investigate new areas in cognition.
