Increase your (reserve) breathing capacity with the Breathing Challenge and improve your breathing for better health, fitness, stamina, endurance and focus.

Contains 26 levels from basic to advanced with spoken instructions by drs. Eduard Reuvers. With special levels for work, training, reading, walking, meditating, etc.

The app requests access to read your heart rate info in the Apple Health app (optional). This allows us to show you how your heart rate goes up and down depending on your breathing scores.
