This app is for college student in “Geotechnical Engineering” or “Soil Mechanics” course to calculate the induced soil stress by surface loading. The technical contact has been covered in textbook. The app can calculate the stress increasing due to following case: point load; vertical line load; vertical strip load; embankment load; circular area load; rectangular corner load.
