Or put in a CrewCall™ request, and sit back and relax. Princess Cruises is at your service. A crew member will come directly to you. Once the crew member arrives, you can order food and drinks, ask for assistance, learn about the onboard entertainment schedule, discover excursions available at your next port of call, or anything else you might need.

Real time service updates: once you put in a service request, OceanNow will update you on which crew member is on their way and how soon they'll arrive.
