Welcome to ORM: Strength Progress Tracker, the everything-in-one app to keep track of your journey to being the healthiest and strongest version of yourself!

Our Purpose:
The easiest way to see how your strength is progressing is to try to move as much weight as you can and see if that's more than last time. But what if you don't want the increased risk of injury associated with "maxing out" on an exercise? ORM: Strength Progress Tracker allows you to record any desired rep and weight range and converts it into a hypothetical "one rep maximum" to easily compare different lifts. Keep track of your records, set goals, and get inspired by seeing the amazing progress you've made.

1. Choose from one of our many built-in exercises, or create exercises of your own
2. Record "activities", or lifts, for any rep and weight range
3. View your activity history for each exercise, and easily see how you have progressed over time
