Description

With the help of the Hydro Balance Coach app, you can track the amount of water you have drank and you can set reminders for drinking water on time.

Before getting started you have to enter your details such as gender, height, weight, wake up time, and bedtime.

You will find the following functionalities in the Hydro Balance Coach app:

1) Hydration Tracker:
- It tracks how much ml of water you have drunk today.
- After drinking every glass of water, here you have to update how much ml of water you have consumed.

2) History:
- It has 3 sections today, week, and month.
- In today's section, you will get to see a log that shows the time and amount of water you have consumed at that particular time.
- In the week and month section, it shows you the average intake, average completion, and a graph.

3) BMI:
- Based on your height and weight it shows your BMI and tells you whether you are underweight, healthy, overweight, or obese.

4) Water Drinking Reminder:
- From the settings menu, you will find this option.
- Here you can schedule reminders for drinking water.
- You can add as many reminders as you want.
- For scheduling a reminder, you need to enter time and you have to select on which days of the week it should ring.
- We also have a variety of reminder sounds.

Install this app, so you can track the volume of water you drink and add reminders to drink water on time.
