Timed is a Workout Timer and Workout Planner app for iPhone, iPad and Apple Watch. It supports both rep-based workouts and time-based workouts.The app lets you focus on what matters to you during a workout by hiding all distractions like buttons and controls. One tap anywhere reveals the buttons. Tap again anywhere to hide them.
• Workout Programs
Workout Programs lets you combine multiple Workout Plans into one. You can repeat a Workout Plan as many times as you want in a program, and you can also adjust how much rest you take between each Workout Plan.
• Workout Plans
You can create and save workout plans where you predefine the workout duration or reps, rest duration, and sets. You can have different workouts in a workout plan. The app will display the exercise name, and the current set along with the timer.
• Adjustable Workout Plan
You can do an adjustable workout plan where you set workout duration and rest duration manually as you workout.
• iPad Support
Timed on iPad adapts to 2 column layout or 3 column layout depending on the type of workout. It has support for mouse or trackpad and also supports a few handy keyboard shortcuts.
• Companion Apple Watch app (for iPhone)
When working out, the workout information like timer, current set, and exercise name for a workout plan can be seen on Apple Watch along with readings like active calories, total calories, and heart rate.
• Independent workouts from watchOS app
Leave iPhone behind with independent workouts from Apple Watch and sync all your Workout Programs and Workout Plans from iPhone with iCloud Sync.
• Workout Library
