It provides recommendations with healthy meals and age-appropriate educational activities, measures children’s daily intake of calories and macro-nutrients--protein, carbs, and fats, and provides a whole new alternative of having fun through handpicked activities which teach skills and values along the way, so as to prevent the underdevelopment of children’s physical, intellectual and mental growth.
