Sterkere med Cecilie is an online training platform with varied, effective training sessions that you can access anywhere and at any time. Sterkere med Cecilie offers a wide selection of training sessions with different intensity levels for both beginners as well as the experienced. You will find training sessions suitable for everyone. Along with all the physical training sessions, you also get access to mental training, how to set goals, make conscious choices, create good routines in everyday life, motivation and good tools. Cecilie has 16 years' experience as a personal trainer and group instructor. She has delivered inspiring, varied, fun and hard training sessions every single week for many years. She is genuinely concerned that you should experience mastery, joy and growth. In the last 8 years, she has also worked a lot with mental training, both personally and using it as an active tool in her role as a personal trainer. She believes that the mental and physical are one, and that both parts must be trained on a regular basis. Our health is the most important thing we have, without it we are nothing. With small steps, awareness, good routines and choices, we can make enormous changes in the long term. And I can promise you it will be worth it.
