This App aims to support you during creation of your own Sourdough Starter and Sourdough bread. First choose a Sourdough recipe. Follow the feeding schedule, then record every detail and changes with iSourdough app. Trust that you will be able to make a delicious Sourdough bread which will add a healthy component to your diet.

1. Ingredients maintenance. Ingredients needed for building Sourdough Starter, or making a Sourdough Bread is fairly simple. Preset ingredients you usually use would make follow-on process recording easier. For a quick start there are preset ingredients which you can make use of.
2. Sourdough Starter schedule maintenance. Give a name to your Sourdough Starter! At the same time create a project with initial detail, including weight of the bottle, remarks and notes.
3. Record all steps in building a Sourdough Starter. Keep track of the process by recording ingredients and weight used, total and discarded weight, growing temperature, your own study notes and a photo. Set the time when you plan to feed your Sourdough Starter next. You will get a notification in your phone.
4. Create and maintain schedule of making a Sourdough bread. Set a project name and ingredients used. Then record all steps of mixing, kneading, proofing and baking. To keep you on the track, you will get a reminder at planned next step!
5. Export your successful (or can be improved) schedule recordings via e-mail for easy reference.
