Oh hi there Wednesday. You're the day dedicated to Odin, the Allfather. You probably already knew that though. Except you probably didn't, because you're a day, and days tend not to really know anything.
Anyway, rather than sacrificing ourselves in the branches of the World Tree, here at AppSpy we spend our Wednesdays rounding up the best games that are on sale right now on iPad and iPhone. Just seems simpler somehow.
There are a few gems here, and one game that didn't really come out all that long ago. And don't forget you can click the emboldened name of the game to head to the App Store and fill your boots. With games. Game boots?
Football Manager Mobile 2017 - £6.99 / $6.99
To suggest the FM brand is a little fragmented on mobile would be entirely right. This is the simplified version of the experience, unlike FM Touch, which is the essentially the full version but pokey-er.
Anyway, this is the first time this one has been on sale since it came out, and it's had a couple of quid knocked off. See if you can keep your job longer than Ranieri.

This one's had three quid knocked off its price. And it's set in space, which instantly makes it cooler than kicking a ball around a muddy field.
It's massive, it's pretty confusing, and while it's not the finest space game out there, there's so much to do here that for less than a fiver you can't really complain.

Evergrow only came out a few weeks ago, but it's already had a shiny digital pound coin knocked off its price. Which is probably annoying if you've already bought it.
Anyway, you're controlling a square, gobbling up other shapes to make sure you're always growing. Clue's in the name. Definitely worth a look though.

Yeah, you read that right. This one isn't going to cost you anything at all at the moment. It's getting on a bit, but it's still a big dark Western RPG with lots of skeletons.
And if the App Store screenshots are anything to go by, you can take a dog with you on your quests. That instantly makes it a million times better. Good doggo.

Another pretty recent game. And another game that's had a couple of quid hacked off its price. It's a pretty good deal as well if you ask me.
A neat looking cartoon RPG with a lot going for it. And you get to play as a sort of zombie. If only it had a doggo it'd be perfect.
