So the new Justice League trailer came out. It looks, er, well, this is a mobile gaming site, not a movie trailer review site, so let's just leave it at that for now, shall we?

But if you're interested in DC's superheroes and you fancy playing some games on your iPhone or iPad that feature them in order to scratch that Justice League itch, well I've gone right ahead and created a list just for you.

As ever you can click on the emboldened name of the games in order to be whisked away to the App Store where you can download them. And if you think I've missed any games, feel free to stick your own suggestions in the comments below.

Batman Arkham City Lockdown - £5.99 / $5.99

A slick, if a little old, brawler featuring everyone's favourite dark knight detective, Batman. Punch and kick and block your way through a bunch of enemies, and use plenty of bat-gadgets to get the upper hand.

It was polished in its time, although its lost some of that shine now. Still, it's probably the best gritty Bat-game you're going to find on the App Store. And apparently everyone loves a bit of grit nowadays.

Justice League Action Run - Free

This one features all of the Justice League, and it's got a much more cartoony bent. It's mainly for kids, but well, it is based on a kid's cartoon, so that's really only to be expected.

Now I'm not saying that this is a fact, but I bet this endless runner is going to be far more fun than Justice League. And there are comics to read while you play too. Plus Cyborg doesn't look rubbish.

Teeny Titans - £3.99 / $3.99

Another cartoon game, this time focusing on the Justice League's younger arm, the Teen Titans. And you know what, it's actually really, really good. There are shades of Pokemon here, and a rich vein of humour too.

Wander around, collect toys representing a variety of different DC characters, and just generally have a lovely old time. You should probably just play this rather than watching Justice League, and keep at least a portion of joy in your soul.
