The iOS version of Joe Danger is a cracking little stunt racer, and a prime example of how to successfully adapt a console game for a touchscreen device.
Joe Danger Infinity, which is due to hit US and UK App Stores tonight, keeps its predecessor's acclaimed controls and physics intact, but shrinks Joe down to miniature proportions.
Now roughly the size of a salt shaker, Joe has to perform his extensive array of jumps and stunts on the top of kitchen surfaces and pool tables. He has 96 new races to tackle, and 15 vehicles to collect, including a firework and a specially modified duck.
Hello Games is also teasing "infinite gameplay," though we haven't yet encountered an endless mode during our playthrough.
Speaking of playthroughs, here's the hands-on with Joe Danger Infinity I recorded earlier today.
You'll be able to download Joe Danger Infinity for £1.99 / $2.99 from midnight tonight.
