Your job in Meat Factory is not, as you might be led to believe, to process cattle into delicious treats for omnivores. Instead it's to save cute little animals from being mashed up by a psychotic meat grinding machine.

It's a pretty dark concept, but thankfully the bright visuals lighten the tone a lot. So does the arcade-oriented gameplay too, which feels a lot like playing a Game & Watch, such is its moreish simplicity.
