It's Sunday, and that can only mean one thing! I've got a hangover. But that's fine, because I wrote this post on Friday, so it's not going to affect my ability to type up words good. Wheeeeeee! Here's what happened this week.

The Big Stories

1. We went hands-on with Sorcery 3 from gamebook legends Inkle. We liked it. You might like it too, so go watch it.

2. We also got our grubby mitts on Operation Dracula. Don't worry, you don't have to say fangs.

3. You want more!?! Fine, we rubbed sweaty men up against one another in non-sexy combat in WWE 2K.

4. And after that, or, more chronologically accurately, before that, we shot a T-Rex in the face in Lara Croft: Relic Run.

5. More!?! MORE!?! Wow, you're needy. How about a comparison between the iPhone and iPad versions of Hearthstone? Happy now?

Personally I'd recommend a weekend spent out in the sunshine with friends, but that's probably why I'm not allowed to write things for AppSpy very often.

Instead why don't you give Halo: Spartan Strike a crack. Yup, that's right, Halo on iOS. Twin-stick top-down shooter Halo, but hey, it's more Halo than you're ever going to get on a PS4. So we're all winners. Maybe?

How we spent our weekend

Harry: Played a gig, then tried to make my Monster Hunter 4 character look less like I'm copying James.

Glen: Glen turned 12 this week, so he's been on holiday. I expect he spent the weekend eating jelly and ice cream.

Danny: Unavailable for comment.

Peter: Er, I don't know, I forgot to ask. On a plane probably? He's better at this than me.

James: He's cool. I like him.
