New Game+ is obviously the big new addition here. It basically allows you to restart the game on a higher difficulty mode with all of your old gear, skills, and XP from your original run. Interestingly, you'll be able to increase the difficulty to suit your preference, kicking enemies all the way up to level 999 if you so desire.

Another major change comes in the form of improved partner AI when playing solo. For completionists, detailed completion stats for dungeons, items, and quests are now viewable on the inventory screen, cutting down on the amount on time spent sifting through menus.

If you're yet to give this one a go, it's a cute 2D action game with some light RPG elements and a really rather pretty overworld to explore. It tells the tale of two kings forced to work together after having been wrongfully dethroned.

It's currently available for iOS through the Apple Arcade subscription service. Switch players can also grab it from the Nintendo eShop.
