Ten days after launch, developer Teatime Games' Trivia Royale has amassed over 2 million downloads and shot right to the top of the US App Store. It's basically a quiz-based battle royale where you'll compete against 1000 other players in quickfire 1v1 rounds.

As the game progresses, the pool of players will continue to deplete until only two remain, at which point a final 1v1 battle will commence. Over 10 million matches were played over the weekend, meaning that plenty of worthy winners have already earned their place in the game's Royale Lounge.

Its customisable avatars are undoubtedly one of its biggest draws. These mimic your facial expressions using fancy face-tracking tech, and you can make your character unique to you by unlocking and trying on a vast range of cosmetic items, including jewellery, piercings, hats, glasses, and headphones. Basic things like your hairstyle and facial features can also be tweaked to your liking.

Trivia Royale is currently available for iOS and Android devices. You'll find the game up for download now over on the App Store and Google Play as a free-to-play title. It's definitely worth a go if you enjoy a good quiz.
