Kuro Game is launching a closed beta for its upcoming Punishing: Gray Raven next week on 27th May. The beta will be available for Android devices, but an iOS beta is also being prepared and will be announced properly for a later date.
The beta will be sampling from a small selection of players to join, with about 3000 overall being able to participate in the test. Signups for the Android beta are open now and run until 25th May, so if you’d like to become a part of this test and be amongst the first to gain access to the game, be sure to sign up before next Tuesday.
Besides gaining early access, playing Punishing: Gray Raven in its closed beta will also yield a bundle of special in-game resources when it finally launches later in the summer. This reward will help you in an advantage in the fight against the enemy.
As for what you can expect? The full list of items acquired through the beta is: 15,000 Black Cards, 10,000 Basic Character Research Tickets, 7,500 Targeted Weapon Research Tickets, and ten Medium Serum Bundles.
Punishing: Gray Raven is running the closed beta on Android for just for one week. It will be available to play from 27th May until 3rd June. If you’re on iOS, don’t feel left out, as a closed beta for that platform has also been announced, and dates will be revealed shortly.
If you’re worried about making progress in the beta only to have those stats wiped, you’ll be pleased to know Kuro is not planning any character wipes between beta and launch. This encourages you to put your best foot forward and fight hard during beta to prepare you for the full release.
As for when you can expect Punishing: Gray Raven to launch in full, we don’t know a concrete date but it launches sometime this summer. It will be available on the iOS App Store and the Google Play for Android store as a free to play title.
