Nexon's MMORPG V4 is currently celebrating its first anniversary. If you're a long-time mobile gamer, you'll already know what that means. In-game events and rewards aplenty. On top of that, they've also released a cinematic trailer to get players in a celebratory mood.

You can check that out in the embedded video below. Of course, it doesn't offer much in the way of gameplay, but the heroic music and encouraging captions that appear in the middle of the screen might make you want to play some V4.

As for the in-game celebrations, players can participate in a limited-time event called Pengdro Has Appeared. However, players need to be quick to do it since it will only become accessible at the Tollan Lagoon Salt Crest Shoal every Friday, every eight hours until August 13th.

Elsewhere, the Constellation Mission reward event will also take place until August 13th. During this time, players can enhance their constellations alongside netting themselves various rewards such as an Epic Star Piece Chest by completing the missions.

Finally, there is a Global Merge Event that will see Tharsi 1 and Tharsi 2 added in Asia, which means players can connect with more of their pals across the continent with the addition of Taiwan, Hong Kong and Macau.

If you're unfamiliar with V4, it is a cross-platform MMORPG that promises plenty of character customisation. There are nine different classes to choose between that attempt to blend together new and old styles to provide a fresh-feeling take on the genre.

V4 is available now over on the App Store and Google Play. It's a free-to-play game with in-app purchases.
