Tears of Themis, the romance and detective game from miHoYo, is now available for iOS and Android. It marks a departure from what we've come to expect from miHoYo, who have previously created the likes of Honkai Impact 3rd and Genshin Impact.

In Tears of Themis, you will play as a rookie attorney working for Themis Law Firm. You are tasked with solving numerous cases across Stellis City, and, along the way, you can forge romantic relationships with four male characters, promising distinct, complex personalities. There's more to solving cases and flirting with cute boys, though, as a deeper conspiracy lies beneath the surface.

But to uncover that, you will need to solve other cases. This involves combing crime scenes for clues before interviewing witnesses to learn key phrases and points of suspicion. Once you've gathered enough evidence, it's off to court to create solid arguments to defeat the prosecution. These debates play out a little like a turn-based battle, with specific arguments being more effective depending on the statement made by the opposition.

To give you a head start, you can earn up to 40 free draws, which you'll use to gain new cards for debates by participating in the launch event. For instance, all players will receive 10 draws to celebrate 500,000 pre-registrants and another 10 for logging for 14 days before August 27th. You are guaranteed to get an SSR card within the first 30 draws, so you should get at least one that's useful.
