Sometimes you don't want to play an angry game about murdering people or aliens, sometimes you just want to cut up shapes until they look like other shapes. And that's precisely what Perfection allows you to do.

From the developer of Sling It!, the game is a pleasingly simple experience that sees you drawing lines through different irregular shapes to make another irregular shapes. It boasts that it has infinite variations of puzzles too, which is quite a lot of puzzles.

With lots of soothing, endlessly forgiving gameplay to engage with, and a system that means you never have to go back to a puzzle once you've completed it, there's plenty here for the casual gamer to get their teeth into, and enough meat for a hardcore player to enjoy too.

The game is scheduled for release on the App Store on May 8th, which is a week tomorrow. So you've not got long to wait for a new, relaxing slice of iOS puzzling.
