Watching the trailer for this upcoming game, thoughts of an action RPG meeting a side scrolling beat em up come to mind. At least part of this thought process is justified seeing that one of the creators of Chronoblade is Stieg Hedlund, one of the main designers behind Diablo II. He has teamed up with Dave Jones, one of the creators behind the original Grand Theft Auto, and Tony Harman, former president of Realtime Worlds. What they've come up with looks like a lot of fun.
