Telltale Games has announced that the second episode of The Wolf Among Us will stalk onto the App Store during the first week of February.

Given the excitement triggered by the return zombie saga The Walking Dead - and the hype surrounding the recently announced Game of Thrones interactive series - you'd be forgiven for thinking that Telltale had forgotten all about its fantasy comic book adaptation The Wolf Among Us.

Since the first episode launched on iOS in early December of last year, we haven't heard hide nor hair from lupine detective Bigby Wolf, or the other fairytale inhabitants of Fabletown.

Thankfully for fans of the first chapter, a post on Telltale's forum has confirmed that the second episode will appear early next month. Interestingly, the announcement also reveals that we weren't the only ones worried that the second episode was taking too long.

"We are very concerned about the long delay for this episode, but this is one of those occasion where several things conspired against us," the post states.
