Infinity Blade III, the most recent entry in Chair's gesture-based fighting series, has just had its price slashed significantly on the App Store.

Though it doesn't deviate too far from the swipe-powered combat which has defined the franchise, Infinity Blade III brings a few new features to the table.

For starters, protagonist Sirus has been teamed up with new warrior called Isla, adding another upgrade tree to climb.

The devs have also structured the game around a linear narrative, though that hasn't removed the necessity for low level grinding and repeating levels.

However, as you can see from our video review, we were largely impressed with the titan-trouncing showdowns of Infinity Blade III. And at the reduced price of £1.99 / £2.99 (down from £4.99 / $6.99), it's probably worth a look.
