Few mobile MMOs can claim late night talk show host endorsement, but if what’s good enough for Conan O’ Brian is good enough for you, a new update means now is the best time to try Lineage 2: Revolution. A fully 3D fantasy RPG, the game has recently added new sieges and servers to keep adventurers going head to head.

You asked, and Netmarble heard. Lineage 2: Revolution’s jam-packed end of year update sees the release of highly anticipated Fortress Sieges, a 50v50 online mode that lets 2 plans duke it out. There’s plenty of Adena, EXP, and Proof of Blood to be gained for all those who enter when the timed event goes live every Friday from 20:30 – 21:00 PST, but only the victorious will unearth bonus rewards like buffs.

If the thought of large-scale Fortress Sieges seems a little too intense for the time being, dialled back 30v30 battles now await in the newly added Open Siege mode. The principal of Open Sieges are, for the most part, the same, with the exception being that you can enter alone (if you dare) and that all players will be of equal combat power level. Build up your skill and work your way up.

As if that wasn’t enough, Lineage 2: Revolution is also adding three new servers as part of the major update, easing online traffic so that all can have a great time. 54 countries all want to get in on the action, and now they’ll be able to do so seamlessly and challenge others for the top ranks.

There’s never been a better time to jump into Lineage 2: Revolution, with its new update live now on both iOS and Android devices.
