Mobile city builder QubeTown is now available for iOS and Android worldwide following a soft launch in select countries late last year.
This new offering from Webzen and developer ARUMGAMES puts a fantasy twist on the town management sim. Not only are players tasked with constructing buildings, harvesting crops and trading with other guilds, they also must protect their citizens from troll attacks.
QubeTown sports quirky, Minecraft-style visuals and its townsfolk share their settlements with a variety of animal companions, including elephants, pandas and dragons. The action even goes beyond the city limits as players get to lead their citizens on dungeon runs, during which they will encounter goblins and krakens, and plunder resources.
Available as a free download, the game also includes social elements as players can link up with fellow guilds, play online mini-games with other users around the world and invite their friends to join the fun over Facebook.
QubeTown is available from the App Store and Google Play in all of the main territories, besides Korea, Japan, China, Denmark and the Netherlands.
