NetEase Games and Warner Bros. Interactive Entertainment lets players dive into Tolkien’s world once more as a new war of the Ring rages.

In The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War, the One Ring has resurfaced in Dol Guldur and has inevitably drawn all factions to fight for its control. You’ll have to fight for your faction (playable factions in season one will include Gondor, Rohan, Lothlórien, Erebor, Mordor, Isengard) and command legendary heroes from the beloved IP to reign supreme across authentic battlefield settings from the iconic series. You’ll lead your troops, occupy lands, and build your fortresses using a host of warriors and fantastic creatures at your disposal.

As a lord of Middle-earth, you’ll discover new stories to tell in the game’s faithful re-creation of Tolkien’s classic. For fans in Europe, the Americas, Oceania, and Southeast Asia, The Lord of the Rings: Rise to War is now open for pre-registration on the App Store, Samsung Galaxy Store, and on Google Play, with a special in-game gift pack containing a portrait of Bilbo Baggins, the Hobbit of the Shire, for those who sign up.
