Outfit7, the company behind the massively successful Talking Tom series, has announced that its upcoming strategy RPG, Mythic Legends,.has now entered pre-registration for Android users in the US.

Over the past year, the auto battling, strategy RPG has been soft launched in limited territories, earning itself high praise from reviewers and players along the way for its huge roster of collectible characters, dramatic visuals, and fast-paced battles.

With a unique combination of auto chess, strategy, and RPG elements, the developers of Mythic Legends have aimed to deliver a groundbreaking hybrid experience that blends together the very best qualities of each genre. Players will be tasked with assembling a band of mythical beastmasters, knights, and sorcerers, with which to progress and strategically deploy in chess-style combat against rival players.

Outfit7’s CEO, Xinyu Qian, has made clear that it isn’t all hype either, stating that “Mythic Legends is going to open up a brand new world of action and adventure for players. It’s doing things that no other game is doing, and all in such an exciting, compelling way that’s easy to learn, but hard to master.”

Players will get to experience it for themselves when Mythic Legends officially launches next month. In the meantime, Android users can start preparing for battle right now, as those that pre-register (via the Google Play Store) will receive a Mythic Booster Pack once the game is officially launched.
