The jelly-themed match three puzzler, Jelly Blast, has been updated with new game modes, sweets, and a weekly competition.

Jelly Blast sees you assist Alicia to stop an evil witch intent on destroying the kingdom by matching three jellies to burst them and frighten her off.

There are over 400 increasingly difficult levels, 20 different game modes, side quests, dungeons, and weekly competitions - that's a lot of content.

And update 1.9.0 is set to add even more, including new game modes like Pale Clover, where you have to dye blank clovers so they can be collected.

In Jelly Gorgers, you have to collect the jelly-consuming fiends who will then help you defeat the witch, while Bubble Gum you have to match same coloured jellies to create bubbles then pop them with bubble gum.

The final new mode, Jam Mode, tasks you with spreading jam about by matching jellies that it's touching. A level is complete as soon as it's full of jam.

You'll also find a new weekly competition played against your friends and real opposing players that challenges you with finding all of the gummy elephants scattered around the levels.
