Available now for iOS devices, the kickstarted game from developer Blue Brain Games provides a unique hands-on 3D puzzle experience which tales its inspiration from The Room series.
So what’s the story? You’re placed in the role of the great Leonardo’s da Vinci’s apprentice and it’s up to you to find out what’s behind his strange disappearance. Was he killed by the church? Did some of his machines transport him into another time? Is he hiding under the bed? The only way to be sure is by solving a series of head-scratching puzzles that will see you ferreting out hidden artefacts and unpicking complex mechanisms, while conquering a host of other obstacles that strive to be challenging as well as faithfully authentic to the time.
One of the big motivations for Blue Brain Games when developing The House of Da Vinci, was to provide all that play the puzzle adventurer a true sense of authenticity. The game’s music, architecture, and mood all take inspiration from actual da Vinci concepts, manuscripts and inventions, firmly placing players within the world of 16th century Italy.
