Learn how to play Monster Hunter Freedom Unite with AppSpy - Part 12
It was a week of failure. Harry's Internet was playing silly billys, and though James and I could play online in Monster Hunter Freedom Unite, we totally smashed our heads against the walls of the following missions: Supreme Ruler of the Swamp and The King of the Mountains. On the bright side of things though, we did start up our Multiplayer Meeting Post, so that's something. Want to see us not fail? Try one of these episodes.…
5 Beach Buggy Racing shortcut videos to make you feel the need for speed
Shortcuts: you love 'em, I love 'em, Dick Dastardly loves 'em. They're in plentiful supply in Beach Buggy Racing, if you know where to look. Here's five of the best. Shortcuts in the snow! Shortcuts in the jungle! Shortcuts at the resort! Shortcuts on the pier! Shortcuts in the temple! Which are blocked! But you still get the idea! Found a cool shortcut in Beach Buggy Racing? Want to brag about it? Pop a link to a video of yours in the comments.…
Hands-on with Run Sackboy! Run!, the LittleBigPlanet auto-runner coming to mobiles
Much like seeing Pokemon on your iPad, controlling Sackboy from LittleBigPlanet on your mobile feels a bit weird, a bit out of place. Not that we're complaining mind, especially since he's starring in a pretty decent auto-runner. I had a quick look at the game, and already I can report that, while it's occasionally a bit “safe” feeling, it's definitely the high level of quality you'd expect.…
Hands-on with Monsu, the auto-runner featuring devilishly compulsive collectible cards
If you're not yet completely sick of auto-runners, then you're in luck: there's a new one from Boomlagoon that's rather fun indeed. Monsu is the titular hero, and as well as avoiding chasms and bouncing on foes while running left to right, you'll also be nabbing collectible cards along the way to help you in your quest. Here's my quick hands-on with the game.…
Hellraid: The Escape is out now on Android, expectedly looks amazing
The Unreal Engine-powered survival horror puzzler Hellraid: The Escape is a very good looking game. I mean, it's totally gross in spots, and has an incredibly dark, dank, oppressive atmosphere, but its fidelity and the technical realisation of its horrific environment is spot on. And it's now out on Android. Huzzah!…

Fruit Ninja's biggest ever update is now live worldwide, trailer unveils what's new
Yes, you're still going to be cutting fruit with your finger in the new Fruit Ninja update. But there's a whole bunch more stuff that's been added to this strawberry, kiwi, and banana slicing affair. New powers on your blades and in the dojos in which the action takes place can be expected, as can new characters and high quality animated sequences. Are you still playing Fruit Ninja? Let us know your high score.…
Hulk Hogan Leg Drops into Crazy Taxi City Rush, brother, becomes an unlockable character, dude
Sometimes mere words fail you. Today is one of those days, so let me stick to the facts; Hulk Hogan has been added to Crazy Taxi City Rush, and you can hire him as an unlockable driver, and there's now a trailer showing this, and I think I need to go have a lie down.…
New iBomber 3 trailer features explosive gameplay, Metal-enhanced visuals, and a fair whack of Lemmy
After seeing the teaser for iBomber 3 - and bringing you the exclusive reveal - I placed the game firmly on my hype radar. Now there's an official gameplay trailer out there for iBomber 3 and my hype radar is going into overdrive. The game looks to build upon the gameplay of the original iBomber, but with massively improved visuals enhanced by Apple's new Metal technology. Take a look.…
Hands-on with Inferno 2, the gorgeously neon game of shooty shooty
If you played Inferno+ you're probably very excited indeed to hear that there's a new game in the series out in the neon wilds. I went hands-on with Inferno 2 to take a quick look at what's on offer in this arcade-y twin stick shooter. What I found was intense action, whip smart level design, and a deep levelling system. Take a look.…
Monsu is latest auto-runner from Boom Lagoon peeps
If you were to combine Jetpack Joyride with a collectible card game, then you might end up with something like Monsu. As you'll see in the trailer, you run from left to right, using various power-ups to help you avoid baddies, grabbing buddies along the way that take the form of collectible cards.…

Hyper Cat features familiar arcade action, highscore chasing, and adorable kitty cats
Cycleplay's new auto-runner is called Hyper Cat, and it features cats in hats, trying to catch birds and generally (but futilely) try to reach the tops of the infinite trees they're scrambling up. The gameplay is definitely arcade-y and instant in feel: you tap on the screen to change which tree you're running up, avoiding hazards, very much like Timberman. Want in on the free-to-play feline fun? It's available now on iPhone, iPad, and Android. [App Store link] [Google Play link]…
Splode'N'Die trailer shows off gameplay of this tower defence crossed with match-3
When genres become tired, inventive developers attempt to blend them with other genres in the hope of brining something new to the formula. Splode'N'Die is mixing two very well established genres together for its core gameplay: tower defence, and match-3. It'll feature 48 levels to beat, leaderboards to top, and if you're rocking an iOS device with an A7 Chip, it'll be enhanced by Metal too. Fancy taking a look for yourself? It's available now.
