There's a lot of social media stuff going on in the new Imps in Tokyo trailer. Each of the monsters in the game is referred to as @Harvey, @Hester, @Louis, and so on, and each has their own hashtag to sum up their personality - @mrcornelious is #evil, apparently. The game itself looks to be an arcade-focused dodging and shooting game, with a rather wonderful cartoon look to proceedings. Depth Hunter 2: Deep Dive could be the diving game we've been craving since Scuba Diver Adventures
Quick bit of backstory on this: Scuba Diver Adventures was an absolutely beautiful underwater escapade made by Biart that was almost ruined by heinous free-to-play shenanigans. Depth Hunter 2: Deep Dive appears to be the same sort of deal, made by the same people, only this time they're going premium. Consequently I'm extremely keen to get my hands on this one. Hands-on with Air Race Speed, the fast but twitchy futuristic racer
There are two things that a racing game needs in order to win me over. First is a sense of speed, and preferably a lot of it. Air Race Speed totally nails this element, as even with the slower ships you still feel like you're travelling incredibly fast. Second is a control setup that is responsive and accurate. This is where Air Race Speed stumbles a little, with its spotty touch and tilt controls. It's an interesting game concept though, and I think it'll find an audience.
