upjers is delivering a holiday double whammy as it announces the upcoming Halloween events for two of its mobile games. Both Zoo 2: Animal Park and Dinosaur Park Primeval Zoo will be getting into the holiday spirit, bringing some spooky happenings to their enclosures.

Dinosaur Park Primeval Zoo has laid it on thick with one particular theme this year; bones. Skeletal fences can be erected, bone sculptures can be put up, and candy can be pleasingly displayed in a giant bone bowl. All event decorations brought from the ven shop will periodically drop pumpkins that can be traded for special rewards, namely spooky dinosaurs.

Several species have gotten into the holiday spirit and can be traded for pumpkins including a mummy Dilophosaurs, a zombie Deinonychus, a Stegosaurus with a pumpkin pattern, and in keeping with the bone theme, a skeletal prenocephale.

By collecting all the options and breeding the colour variants to level 2, players will unlock the special ghostly Procompsognathus, the most difficult of dinosaurs to spell. In addition to all the dino fun, a new animal is available to earn as an even reward in the form of the Sarcosuchus, a crocodilian able to grow up to 12 meters long.

Zoo 2: Animal Park has also taken to playing dress up with its animals, with the event shop fit to burst with cute new variants. Amongst the new options are an animal skeleton, a pumpkin opossum and the adorable-sounding penguin witch. There are also a variety of decorations to be obtained to spruce up the zoo, including a Halloween Ferris wheel and a majestic T-Rex skeleton. Zoo 2 is also receiving a new animal to collect, the truly terrifying-looking Bald Uakari, very fitting for the holiday.
