Dragon Quest Tact will be receiving a number of powerful new characters to collect thanks to a huge collaboration with War of the Visions Final Fantasy Brave Exvius. Launching December 22nd, you can collect 4 unique characters, including one of the series' most legendary dragons.

The crossover brings with it the expected event quests, which when played will earn you the limited-time WOTV FFBE Medals. These can be exchanged at the Medal Swap Shop for items such as Vision Orbs and Iridescent Orbs. They can also be swapped for Cactuar Village Passes and excitingly the Bahamut SP Scout Vouchers, both also feature of the crossover. Additionally, if you clear the events you will be able to recruit the Hero Family S-Rank Mont (King of Leonis) and the ???-Family A-Rank Moogle to start your collection.

When you have collected your Bahamut SP Scout Vouchers, you can spend them on the limited-time scout for a chance to get the feared S-Rank dreadwyrm himself, which as any fan of Final Fantasy knows should translate to instant wins. You can also draw an A-Rank Cactuar, one of the more tricky encounters in the series with its 1,000 Needles attack, and exclusive Scout Stamps.

Speaking of Cactuars, when you have a pass you can visit the Cactuar Village to challenge the special stages. When beaten you will receive items like Cactuar Cards, Stamina Herb Juice and a variety of items needed to train characters, which is very useful for these new collabs. The cards can also be exchanged for family fragments.

The Punishingly Hard! Mog Shop has three levels of difficulty, and if you manage to clear each stage you will earn the legendary S-Rank weapon Excalibur, and Bahamut Medallions to swap for Vision Orbs to upgrade your S-Rank Characters. When you're all kitted up, take on the War of the Visions Large battle with a party of 8 characters to reach the top rank and earn some special rewards.
