The King of Fighters Allstar is teaming up with another iconic fighting game franchise for new exclusive characters and exclusive gear. Characters from the renowned Soulcalibur VI will be entering the battle, with some pretty amazing skills to check out.

The first character to crossover is the delightful named Cassandra Alexandra, the sword and shield wielding Athenian. Coming in as a Defense Type Yellow character, EX Cassandra has the frankly broken-sounding Leader Skill that increases ATK equal to DEF of Soulcalibur VI units, whilst also decreasing Active Skill Cooldown. The ability to pump up Defense without having to sacrifice Attack sounds like it’ll make some almighty teams.

Stealthing stalking after Cassandra is the dual-wielding ninja Taki. EX Taki is a Blue Element Attack type unit, whose Leader Skill increases the ATK and Critical DMG of Extreme Fighters. When tagged in she will also gain a limited-time boost to ATK and decrease of DMG. A solid-sounding fighter with a somewhat lacking Leader Skill, who is probably best used in a team with Cassandra taking the lead to maximize Alexandra's skill and Takis’ switch in boost.

For more Soulcalibur goodness, the Colloboration Check-in will gift all players an EX Aristocrat Catsuit Ivy simply for logging in for one day. You will also get additional rewards for further days such as Event Coins and a collab Item Mystery Box, which is also nice. You can spend those Event Coins to obtain special growth items for your new Ivy, or to nab an EX War Maiden’s Costume Cassandra to keep growing your collection.
